On March 3, 2002, China Hangzhou· Chemical Fiber Forum was held ceremoniously at Golden Horse Hotel, Xiaoshan. Leaders and experts from center and local governments, chemical fiber textile enterprises, security & fund institution and the press, and distinguished guests from chemical fiber textile industries of Taiwan, South Korea, India, Japan participated in the conference.
