China's First Carbon Fiber Production Base Unveiled

Jilin Petrochemical's carbon fiber plant was unveiled on Jun 14. Thus China's first carbon fiber production base was put into production, which indicates that the industrialization of China's high-performance carbon fiber industry makes a new breakthrough. The 100 tonnes of carbon fiber plant was fully completed and put into production in May 2009. The facility is running steadily and qualified carbon fiber products have come out.
