About 22% of the crops is squaring, up 8% from previous week, up 2% from a year ago, and down 1% from five-year average. 6% of the crops is setting bolls.
Crop condition is 8 percent very poor, 18 percent poor, 34 percent fair, 36 percent good and 4 percent excellent.
