State Council releases the eighth extension list of goods levied with additional tariffs on the United States

With the approval of the State Council, the Tariff Commission of the State Council issued the eighth exclusion extension list of customs commodities additionally levied on the United States. For the relevant commodities in the "notice of the State Council tariff Commission on the sixth exclusion extension list of customs commodities additionally levied on the United States" (Revenue Commission Bulletin (2021) No. 9), the exclusion period shall be extended from July 1, 2022 to February 15, 2023. China will continue not to imposing the additional tariffs against the United States under the measure 301.
