On Aug 5, 2022, Xinjiang cotton was set to purchase 6,000 tons into state warehouses, while the actual traded volumes were 2,120 tons, with a trading proportion of 35%. The average price was 15,706yuan/mt, up 3yuan/mt from prior day.

2,120 tons of Xinjiang cotton were all reserved into warehouses in inland.
